New Sash Windows in Bromley, Kent
During his home refurbishment, our client was understandably keen to have these aluminium windows renewed with traditional style sliding Sash Windows- but Double Glazed. On such occasions we would usually copy the glazing bar arrangements on the sash windows of nearby surrounding buildings. But given there were very few sash windows in this street in Bromley, and the sash windows that were still present were not originals anyway, it was purely down to the preference of the client.
In the end he opted for whole clear panes to let the light into the rooms as much as possible. We pre-painted the sash windows in our workshop, prior to installation - White Gloss or Matte would usually be the standard, but our client chose his own paint colour for the external, which we sourced for him.
